Job Responsibilities
1. Point of Sale (POS) System for company branches and administration.
2. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve errors in the SDS System on a regular basis.
3. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for company computers, including replacing faulty hardware components, formatting systems, installing essential software, and configuring peripherals such as printers and other devices.
4. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems, including DVR maintenance and hard disk replacement when required.
5. Conduct periodic network inspections and resolve any IP Address conflicts within the company's network infrastructure.
6. Collect attendance and fingerprint records from the administration and branches and submit them to the Human Resources Department.
7. Add and update product prices and item information in the new system as requested, if required.
