⏭China Railway is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager (GCC National Only) to support the delivery of prestigious high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel construction projects.
⏭Mandatory Requirements
⏭GCC National (Mandatory)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction logistics management
Proven experience in high-rise building projects
Proven experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel construction projects
Strong knowledge of material planning, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations
Important: Candidates without proven high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel project experience will not be considered.
⏭Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project logistics strategies and plans.
Coordinate the transportation, storage, and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to support project schedules.
Manage logistics budgets and optimize transportation costs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Identify and resolve logistics-related risks and challenges.
Prepare logistics reports and performance analyses for management.
