⏭China Railway is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (GCC National Only) for prestigious high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel construction projects.
⏭Mandatory Requirements
GCC National (Mandatory)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction procurement
Proven experience in high-rise building projects
Proven experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel construction projects
Strong expertise in sourcing, tendering, contract management, and supplier negotiations
Important: Candidates without proven high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel project experience will not be considered.
⏭Key Responsibilities
Lead the procurement process from sourcing to contract award.
Develop procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and budgets.
Manage supplier and subcontractor prequalification, evaluation, and selection.
Conduct commercial negotiations to achieve the best value for the company.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and commercial teams to meet project deadlines.
Manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies.
