Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment
Proven experience in hiring blue-collar workforce within Saudi Arabia
Strong understanding of local labor market and recruitment channels
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage high-volume hiring and meet deadlines
Preferred Nationality:
Pakistani or Indian
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar positions
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates efficiently
Arrange interviews and follow up on hiring decisions
Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely onboarding
