1. Service Advisor / Reception Engineer (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect customer vehicles.
Perform initial diagnosis and identify service requirements.
Create and manage job cards.
Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of work.
Close job cards upon completion of repairs and services.
Handle warranty claims and related documentation.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and communication.
