Things to consider:
1) Families are most welcomeed but there is no kitchen so decide accordingly. Educated and well behaved bachelors can be considered.
2) It contains a microwave and a fridge for your use. Cupboard, a twin bed, dressing table and a reading table.
3) Electricity and internet is included.
