the rent for a furnished room is 1000/- per month (6 months advance) and an unfurnished room is 750/- per month (6 months advance).
Utility bills will be charged additionally.
The flat has two rooms, one is furnished and other one unfurnished, I am looking for an Indian executive bachelor. If you are from Bihar, this is a good option.
First come first serve.
Note: To view a room, you can view on Thursday from 7 pm to 10 pm. On Fridays, check from 5 pm to 10 pm.
