My role will be to manage and operate the business as CEO/Managing Director. I will be responsible for business development, client relations, project acquisition, project management, operations, manpower coordination, and overall company administration.
The investor's role will be to provide the required capital and financial support for establishing and operating the company, including company registration, licenses, office setup, vehicles, operational expenses, and other business-related costs.
The proposed profit-sharing model is 50% for the investor and 50% for me.
Additionally, all business-related expenses, including transportation, vehicle rental, fuel, marketing, and operational costs, will be covered by the investor, both before and after securing projects, until the company becomes fully operational and self-sustaining. I am bringing my professional experience, industry knowledge, management capabilities, and business development efforts to build and grow the company successfully.
