As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Estimation Manager to join our team and play a key role in building our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Estimation & Tendering
Lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates for projects and services
Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
Participate in tender submissions and bid evaluations
Client & Project Coordination
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, finance)
Ensure alignment between project scope, budget, and timelines
Market & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Support management in strategic planning and business expansion
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
5–10 years of experience in sales and estimation within:
Industrial services
Construction projects
Spare parts trading/supply
Strong knowledge of Saudi market and industry standards
Proven track record in sales growth and project estimation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Proficiency in MS Office and estimation tools/software
