Looking candidates with experience in Design (Mandatory)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer (Part time / Freelance) to support our ongoing and upcoming construction projects in KSA.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.
Proven experience in the construction industry.
Strong background in concrete and structural steel buildings.
Strong experience in structural design of reinforced concrete and structural steel buildings.
Proficient in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, Tekla Structural Designer or equivalent.
Ability to prepare and verify structural calculations, design reports and engineering submissions.
Experience in foundation design, slab design, steel connection design and load analysis.
Capable of reviewing architectural and MEP drawings and coordinating structural requirements.
Knowledge of seismic, wind and gravity load design in accordance with SBC, ACI, AISC and relevant international codes.
Experience in value engineering and optimization of structural designs to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Ability to prepare structural design concepts, shop drawing reviews and construction support documentation.
Experience in reviewing and approving structural shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
Ability to provide technical guidance during construction and resolve structural design-related site issues.
Familiarity with BIM coordination and structural modeling software will be an added advantage.
Experience in obtaining approvals and coordinating with consultants and authorities in KSA.
Previous involvement in warehouse, industrial, commercial and multi-storey building structural design projects.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration preferred.
Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant international standards.
Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients and project teams.
Experience in preparing structural calculations, technical reports and design submissions.
Familiarity with structural engineering software’s.
Ability to visit project sites when required and provide technical support.
Preferred:
1.Previous experience working on commercial, industrial or warehouse projects in KSA.
2.Available in Jeddah or able to attend meetings/site visits as required.
