HEAD BARISTA

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our specialty coffee bar at Black Panda Cafe in Jurdab. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of specialty coffee preparation, manual brewing techniques, espresso calibration, and exceptional latte art skills.

​Key Responsibilities:
​Develop and introduce innovative new drinks to improve and expand our menu.
​Maintain high-quality beverage standards and consistency across all orders.
​Manage coffee bar inventory, freshness of beans, and milk supply.
​Train and mentor junior baristas to maintain excellent service.
​Ensure strict cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee station and equipment.

​Requirements:
​Proven experience as a senior or head barista in a specialty coffee shop.
​Strong creativity in beverage creation and menu development.
​Deep understanding of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and extraction variables.

​Salary & Benefits:
​Salary: BHD 200 to BHD 350 per month (depending on experience and skills)
