ALFA is hiring a Business Development Executive to lead its sales and client development function in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. This is a hands-on, one-person BD role reporting directly to the CEO — ideal for a confident self-starter who can open doors and bring in business.

Reports to: CEO / Managing Director
What you'll do:
Identify and visit new clients across the Eastern Province
Introduce ALFA's services and build relationships with procurement, projects, engineering & management teams
Generate RFQs, track tenders, and follow up on submitted quotations
Coordinate client registration & prequalification (CR, VAT, ISO, QHSE, project references, etc.)
Maintain CRM / sales pipeline and submit weekly reports to management
Services you'll promote:
Marine & offshore, general contracting, civil, MEP, fabrication & machining, steel structures, ICT/ELV, trading & supply, and maintenance services.
Requirements:
2–5 years in business development, sales, or technical sales
Background in contracting, industrial, marine, MEP, fabrication or trading preferred
Existing client network in the Eastern Province is a strong advantage
Familiarity with vendor/prequalification portals preferred
Bachelor's degree or diploma (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related)
Strong English (Arabic preferred for Saudi client communication)
Proficient in MS 365, Outlook, and CRM/Excel trackers
The ideal candidate is active, professional, target-driven, and comfortable visiting clients daily — someone who doesn't wait for instructions but goes out and finds opportunities.
