Key Responsibilities
Patrol hotel premises, including guest areas, public spaces, parking areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment.
Control access to the hotel and verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and suppliers.
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, accidents, and security breaches.
Prepare accurate incident, accident, and daily security reports.
Conduct regular inspections to identify safety and security risks.
Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
Coordinate with emergency services, including police, fire, and medical personnel when required.
