## Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing the sales cycle, and preparing technical and financial proposals for government and private sector projects.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of Saudi procurement processes, tendering procedures, and the ability to coordinate with technical teams to develop winning proposals.
## Key Responsibilities
### Business Development & Sales
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government, semi-government, and private sectors.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Generate leads through networking, market research, client visits, and industry events.
* Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
* Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
### Proposal & Tender Management
* Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.
* Analyze customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop compliant solutions.
* Prepare technical proposals, scope of work documents, compliance matrices, and supporting documentation.
* Prepare financial proposals, pricing sheets, cost estimates, and commercial submissions.
* Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
* Participate in bid clarification meetings and customer discussions.
### Customer Relationship Management
* Build long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
* Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
* Address customer inquiries and coordinate internal resources to provide timely responses.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
### Market Intelligence
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
* Identify emerging opportunities in IT, cybersecurity, cloud, digital transformation, and related sectors.
* Maintain awareness of Saudi government initiatives, procurement regulations, and compliance requirements.
## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of sales and business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
* Proven experience in preparing technical and financial proposals.
* Experience with government tenders and procurement platforms.
* Strong understanding of project costing and commercial proposal preparation.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
## Preferred Experience
* Experience in IT Solutions, Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, Digital Transformation, ERP, Networking, or Managed Services.
* Familiarity with Saudi government frameworks and compliance requirements (NCA, ECC, CCC, SAMA, PDPL, etc.).
* Existing network of clients and industry contacts within Saudi Arabia.
* Experience with Etimad and government procurement processes.
