## Job Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain and material procurement operations for a major Saudi Aramco project based in Haradh. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain activities within the oil and gas EPC sector, with an extensive network of Aramco-approved vendors and a flawless understanding of Saudi Aramco quality and material standards.
## Requirements
Aramco Experience (Mandatory): Minimum of 5 years of procurement management experience specifically working on Saudi Aramco Large-Scale/Mega-Projects (e.g., GOSPs, WIPs, Pipelines, Refineries). Thorough familiarity with Aramco procurement workflows and inspection systems (such as e-Review/SAP/9COM codes) is required.
Overall Experience: 12+ years of total experience in Supply Chain / Procurement within the oil and gas EPC industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications like CIPS or CSCP are highly desirable.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, contract drafting, and leadership skills. Advanced knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and Saudi Arabian customs regulations.
Language: Flawless professional English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Ability to communicate effectively with multinational vendors and high-level client management.
