Aiwan Al-Deif Restaurant (under AIWA Global Group) located in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, is currently looking for a professional, highly educated, and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations.
Key Requirements:
Nationality: Bangladeshi Only.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Restaurant Management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
Language: Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preference: Candidates with prior work experience in the Gulf/GCC region will be given top priority.
Appearance: Must have an educated, well-groomed, and professional personal appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and overall dining floor efficiency.
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with local municipal regulations.
Manage inventory, track daily sales, and optimize operational expenses.
Train, motivate, and lead the restaurant team to maintain high performance.
