We're looking for an Operations Supervisor who has been in the seat before, someone who understands what it takes to manage riders, run shifts, and keep daily operations tight. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won't be watching from the side; you'll be in the middle of it.


Responsibilities:

– Manage daily shift schedules and ensure full rider coverage across active zones
– Supervise rider performance, attendance, and conduct — and act on issues directly
– Monitor live operations and respond to problems in real time without waiting to be told
– Track key metrics (completion rates, late deliveries, idle time) and take corrective action
– Coordinate with dispatch, client accounts, and the fleet team to keep orders flowing
– Onboard new riders and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
– Escalate issues where needed, but resolve what you can at your level
– Submit daily operational reports and flag patterns that affect performance


Requirements:

– 2–3 years of experience in operations within last-mile delivery, courier, food delivery, or a similar logistics environment. This is not negotiable
– Hands-on experience managing riders/ Couriers or field agents directly
– Comfortable working shift-based hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
– Strong sense of accountability, you own your shift's results
– Able to work under pressure without losing structure
– Good communication in English and Urdu/Bengali is a plus
– Based in Jeddah, able to join immediately
