• HSE Program Implementation & Compliance – Developed, implemented, and enforced project-specific HSE management systems in strict accordance with client and international standards.
• Proactive Risk Management – Conduct daily site inspections, hazard hunts, and risk assessments (JSA / HIRA) to identify and control potential workplace hazards, ensuring proactive incident prevention.
• High-Risk Activity Supervision – Authorize and monitor all high-risk work through a rigorous Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, including hot work, confined space entry, working at height, lifting operations, and excavation.
• Safety Training & Culture Development – Lead workforce safety inductions, deliver daily Toolbox Talks, and organize specialized training sessions to foster a strong, proactive safety culture and ensure crew competency.
• Audit & Inspection Management – Prepare for and successfully participate in internal and external HSE audits (client & regulatory), ensuring full compliance and prompt closure of non-conformances.
• Incident Investigation & Reporting – Lead thorough investigations for incidents and near-misses to determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and generate detailed reports for management.
• Emergency Preparedness – Develop and test emergency response plans, including organizing and evaluating fire drills and first aid scenarios to ensure site readiness.
• Safety Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate HSE records (inspection reports, permits, training certificates, performance statistics) and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to management and clients.
• Stakeholder Liaison – Serve as the primary on-site HSE point of contact for project management, clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities – ensuring clear communication on all safety matters.
• Equipment & Facility Inspection – Verify safety and certification of all tools, equipment, scaffolding, and firefighting systems before use.
