I am equally comfortable developing safety documentation, leading training sessions, conducting audits, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

- Conducting risk assessments (JSA / HIRA), site inspections, and hazard hunts to maintain a safe working environment.
- Managing Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes for high-risk activities including hot work, confined space entry, working at height, lifting, and excavation.
- Delivering safety inductions, Toolbox Talks, and competency-based training to support a positive safety culture.
- Preparing for and participating in client and regulatory audits, with a focus on compliance and timely corrective action.
- Investigating incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement effective preventive measures.
- Developing and testing emergency response plans, including fire drills and first-aid scenarios.

- Inspecting equipment, scaffolding, tools, and fire safety systems to ensure they meet project requirements before use.
