China Railway is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead prestigious high-rise and luxury hotel construction projects.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage)
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
Proven experience in High-Rise Building construction.
Mandatory experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Projects.
Strong leadership and project management experience.
GCC/Middle East experience is highly preferred.
Important: Candidates without High-Rise Building and 4/5-Star Hotel project experience will NOT be considered.
Job Responsibilities
Direct and manage all phases of large-scale construction projects from planning to completion.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, engineering standards, and local regulations.
Implement effective project control and reporting systems.
Review engineering designs, construction methodologies, and technical documentation.
Oversee project procurement and contract administration.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Resolve technical and commercial issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Mentor and develop project management teams.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills
Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Expertise in construction contracts and risk management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in large, complex projects.
