Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Cost Control, Budgeting, and Cost Monitoring for Shutdown/Turnaround projects
Experience in developing shutdown budgets (WBS/CBS)
Strong knowledge of cost monitoring, variance analysis, and change management
Experience in cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and project close-out
Knowledge of invoicing, procurement, and subcontractor/supplier payment verification
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Finance
Salary:
SAR 7,000–10,000 Basic + FAT
