• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• At least 5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance systems
• Good knowledge of industrial safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
