The Government Affairs Officer is responsible for managing all government-related transactions and ensuring the Company's compliance with Saudi laws and regulations. The role involves coordinating with government authorities, processing official documents, and supporting employee and company legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with Saudi government authorities and regulatory agencies.
Process and renew company licenses, Commercial Registration (CR), and official permits.
Manage employee Iqamas, work permits, visas, sponsorship transfers, and related government services.
Handle transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, Mudad, Balady, and other government portals.
Ensure timely renewal of all company and employee documents.
Monitor compliance with Saudi Labor Law and government regulations.
Maintain accurate records of government transactions and legal documents.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Project teams on government-related matters.
Prepare reports and follow up on government approvals and inspections.
Qualifications
Saudi National (Required).
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Government Relations (GRO) in Saudi Arabia.
Knowledge of Saudi government platforms and regulations.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
