About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Primary School Principal to lead our primary division in Riyadh. The successful candidate will provide strong educational leadership, foster academic excellence, and create a positive learning environment that supports the holistic development of students.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall operations of the Primary School.
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
Implement and monitor the school curriculum in line with Ministry of Education requirements.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
Develop and implement school improvement plans.
Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider school community.
Ensure compliance with all educational regulations, policies, and quality standards.
Manage school budgets, resources, and operational planning.
Lead professional development initiatives for faculty members.
Qualifications & Experience
Saudi National (Mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Valid educational leadership qualifications, where applicable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a primary school.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi education system and Ministry of Education regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
