Roles & Responsibilities
Accurately check and verify quantities from drawings and site measurements to ensure alignment with project specifications and BOQ.
Prepare, issue, and manage subcontractor orders, ensuring scope clarity, compliance, and alignment with project timelines.
Conduct price negotiations and contractual discussions with subcontractors to achieve competitive and fair agreements.
Identify, prepare, and submit variation claims, PSum bifurcations and PC adjustments with detailed justifications and supporting documentation.
Preparation of Payment applications with all supporting documentation.
Maintaining and updating Procurement log, Variation log, and Psum log for audit and control purposes.
Maintaining and updating the Vendor list.
Attending Client meeting and subcontractor /Supplier meetings as and when required.
Assist in budget management and cost planning; track project costs and provide input for financial forecasting and reporting.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and integration of QS functions into project execution.
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years.
Salary: BHD. 300 to 400
