• Ensure daily achievement of order fulfillment, delivery SLAs,
and accuracy KPIs and OTIF.
Supervise hub teams including supervisors, stock controllers,
inventory clerks, and
warehousemen.
• Coordinate directly with major clients (IKEA, Amazon,
Skechers, Abdul & Lateef Furniture)
to manage demand, capacity, and issue resolution.
• Monitor WMS operations, system transactions, and ensure
zero pending tasks or negative
stock.
Implement process improvements to enhance space utilization,
inventory accuracy, and
productivity.
• Manage manpower planning, shift schedules, and performance
evaluations.
