Greetings from FASCO Engineering & Industrial Services Company.
We invite your esteemed company to submit your technical and commercial quotation for the complete electrical installation works for our new industrial workshop located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
## Project Information
* Workshop Size: *60m × 20m (1,200 m²)*
* Existing Utility Supply: *220V from Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)*
* Required Workshop Supply: *380V, 3-Phase* for all industrial machinery
* Proposed Transformer Capacity: *400 kVA* (or as recommended by your engineering design)
## Scope of Work
The contractor shall be responsible for the complete design verification, supply (where applicable), installation, testing, commissioning, and energization of the electrical system, including but not limited to:
1. Design verification and submission of electrical calculations.
2. Installation of 400 kVA Transformer with concrete foundation (if required).
3. Installation of Main Low Voltage Distribution Board (MDB).
4. Installation of Main MCCB Incomer and outgoing feeders.
5. Installation of APFC Panel (if required based on load calculations).
6. Installation of Type 1 & Type 2 Surge Protection Devices (SPD), if required.
7. Cable laying, glanding, termination and testing from transformer to MDB.
8. Supply and installation of outgoing feeders for:
* Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
* Water Chiller
* CNC Hydraulic Press Brake
* Hydraulic Plate Rolling Machine
* Hydraulic Profile Bending Machine
* Hydraulic Iron Worker
9. Installation of local lockable isolators for all machines.
10. Installation of cable trays, supports and accessories.
11. Installation of power and control cabling.
12. Installation of complete earthing and bonding system, including earth pits (if required).
13. Installation of workshop lighting, office lighting and walkway lighting as per applicable standards and illumination requirements.
14. Installation of conduits, junction boxes, flexible conduits, industrial switches and sockets as required.
15. Cable identification, tagging and labeling.
16. Complete testing, commissioning and energization of the electrical system.
17. Submission of all testing reports and as-built documentation.
## Contractor's Quotation Shall Include
* Detailed material list with specifications and brands
* Itemized BOQ with unit rates (lump-sum quotations will not be preferred)
* Labour cost
* Installation methodology
* Project execution schedule
* Required manpower and equipment
* Testing & commissioning methodology
* As-built drawings
* Warranty period
* Project completion period
* Payment terms
## Technical Requirements
The complete installation shall comply with:
* Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Standards
* Saudi Building Code (SBC)
* IEC Standards
* Good Engineering Practices
