Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Practical experience in mold manufacturing or plastic production factories (Injection / Blow Molding).
Good knowledge of mold manufacturing materials and machining processes.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and under production pressure.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and develop metal molds used in plastic injection and blow molding processes.
Supervise mold manufacturing and ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with production and design teams to improve mold efficiency and reduce waste.
Analyze and troubleshoot mold-related issues to ensure continuous production.
Supervise and implement preventive maintenance plans for molds
