Key Responsibilities – Service Engineer (Support Services & Project Coordination)
1:Project Management & Execution
Responsible for managing assigned projects as per instructions and inspections from the Management, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all service-related activities.
2:Client Coordination & Gate Pass Management
Arrange gate passes and maintain direct communication with the client for technical discussions, clarifications, and site access requirements.
3:Gate Pass Documentation & HR Coordination
Work closely with HR and the shop coordinator to identify gate pass requirements and prepare complete documentation for submission to the client.
4:Site Visits & Scope Definition
Conduct site visits to assess job requirements and prepare detailed Job Explanation Meeting (JEM) notes, including scope of work, technical observations, and recommendations. Share all findings with Management through formal email communication.
5:Method Statement Preparation
Develop method statements based on client requirements, project scope, and approved procedures. Ensure all documents meet client standards and are submitted for approval.
6:Work Coordination & Workflow Management
Coordinate with supervisors and field teams to ensure smooth workflow, proper resource allocation, and timely completion of tasks.
7:Client Updates & Communication
Provide timely job status updates to the client through email, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
8:Quotation & Purchase Order Preparation
Prepare quotations and purchase orders according to management instructions and submit them to the client for approval, ensuring alignment with project scope and cost requirements.
