IT Support

I recently earned my Cisco CCNA certification and have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and end-user support through my home lab. I have configured users and computers in Active Directory, joined PCs to domains, managed Group Policy, configured DHCP and DNS, mapped network drives, and practiced Microsoft 365 administration.

In addition, I have several years of technical experience as a Fiber Optic Technician, where I developed strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer support skills while working with network infrastructure.

I am eager to begin my career in IT support and am confident that my technical knowledge, willingness to learn, and dedication will allow me to contribute to your team.
