China Harbour Engineering Arabia Co. Ltd. (CHEC Arabia) is seeking an experienced MEP Director to join the prestigious Diriyah Gate II – Arena Block Project, one of Saudi Arabia's landmark developments under Vision 2030.
This role requires a proven leader capable of delivering complex MEP systems on large-scale, fast-track construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all MEP activities from design through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Manage HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, ICT and BMS systems.
• Coordinate with the Client, PMC, consultants, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure delivery meets project schedule, quality, safety, budget and contractual requirements.
• Drive technical excellence, value engineering and risk management.
• Lead MEP planning, procurement, construction and stakeholder coordination.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
✔ 18–20+ years of MEP construction experience.
✔ Minimum 8 years in an MEP Director or Senior MEP leadership role.
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, ICT, Fire Protection, BMS and Testing & Commissioning.
✔ Proven success delivering mega projects.
✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
✔ GCC experience, especially Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
