• Succeeding improvement initiatives and collaboration to ISO audits
• Continuous analysis of market trends and forecasts
• Monitoring overall site/production activities day-to-day basis, and tracking project
KPIs/Strategy measurement (BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, SV, CV, CPI, SPI, etc.,)
• Scrutinize and resolve the problems for construction & commissioning activities
• Motivate Staffs and direct the projects from inception through completion
• RCA, testing, safety awareness, and HAZOP/HAZIP studies
• To professionally train staff to meet project goals at the right level
• Excellent communication skills and proven success interface with both client’s/vendors
for successive business.
• Assumes mentor role and interacts well with diverse personalities.
