• Solid management capabilities, consistent track records to produce cost-effective design
methods, material selection and specifications for new and existing systems
• Feasibility studies, conceptual, FEED, detailed design, and engineering calculations
• Materials selection according to the project required standards.
• Preparation of installation procedures for new and existing systems.
• Review and finalize Contractors & Sub Contractors project design documents
• Monitoring and assist with procurement department to procure the project materials as
per the project designs and standards.
• Collaboration with QA/QC team to ensure the project based on the approval design
• Collaboration with Stakeholders & Management to continues improvement of the
projects design as need for production.
• Appropriate project designs being handled in accordance with International Standards.
• Compiles all the projects close-out documents for company’s record and reference.
Contracts, Project Control & Management
• Execution and finalize ITB, techno-commercial & various proposals for multi-level projects
• Develop the tender specification, evaluations and prepare project cost estimates.
• Expertise to develop the project scope (budgets/timelines/milestones/delivery dates).
• Executes project cost estimates with detailed classification matrix, cost control,
project/production planning, and procurement strategy.
• Succeeding improvement initiatives and collaboration to ISO audits.
• Continuous analysis of market trends and forecasts.
• Review and finalizing the contractors project baseline programme in various levels
(L1 - L5), curves, manpower histogram and equipment list.
• Develops, implements, and maintains project control reports.
• Control and closely monitors project schedule and costs (PERT/CPM, etc.,).
• Monitoring overall site/production activities day-to-day basis, and tracking project.
• KPIs/Strategy measurement (BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, SV, CV, CPI, SPI, etc.,) ensures
regular and timely reporting of the project progress to advice of any conditions that
would affect the approved timelines.
• Review & finalize the contractors weekly/monthly progress and approve for their IPC.
• Supports in the technical development and economic justification of capital programs,
and alternatives to proposed capital projects.
• Lead and drive the adoption of project management best practices and innovative
approaches in the organization.
• Scrutinize and resolve the problems for construction & commissioning activities.
• RCA, testing, safety awareness, and HAZOP/HAZIP studies.
• Risk Management and Controls through reviewing risk registers & mitigation strategies
• Handling all projects comply with client’s and established standards, HSE policies,
guidelines, and procedures.
• Finalize the snag/punch list at the time of commissioning and addressing that to site.
• Communication and interface with both client’s/vendors for successive business.
• Review and finalize the projects close out documents.
• Provides guidance and solutions so as to manage project crises, challenges, and
unexpected events that may impact project success.
• Assumes mentor role and interacts well with diverse personalities.
