QA/QC TANK

We need 5 to 6 years of experience in the petrochemical plant field, with extensive experience as a QA/QC Tank Inspector. The following candidate should possess the following requirements.

1. Updated CV
2. Valid CSWIP Certification
3. Degree Credentials
4. Work Experience Record

Key Responsibilities

Inspections & Testing: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of tank components, welding, and plate alignments.

Witness hydrostatic testing, vacuum box testing, and pad settlement measurements.Code Compliance: Ensure all fabrication, repair, and modification activities comply with industry standards like API 650 (new tanks) or API 653 (tank inspection, repair, and alteration).

Documentation: Verify Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), prepare daily inspection reports, and compile comprehensive final handover dossiers.

Defect Management: Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any deviations from drawings or specifications, and track corrective actions to closure.
