Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up, operate, and maintain EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) or plastic thermoforming machinery.
2. Monitor production parameters, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure strict quality control.
3. Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize factory downtime.
4 Requirements:Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years in plastics manufacturing.
5. Deep understanding of molds, temperature settings, and material behavior.
6. Technical diploma or equivalent mechanical certification is preferred
