Key Responsibilities
• Operate reach trucks for put-away and retrieval of pallet loads.
• Ensure accurate placement of stock in designated racking locations.
• Conduct daily pre-shift safety checks on equipment.
• Work closely with inventory and picking teams for smooth flow.
• Maintain safe operating speeds and follow floor markings.
• Report any racking damage, equipment faults, or safety hazards.
• Keep operating areas clean and free from obstructions.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Valid reach truck operator certification preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of reach truck operation experience.
• Familiarity with pallet racking systems.
• Good safety awareness and adherence to warehouse rules.
