Requirements:
1- Saudi Aramco project experience is mandatory.
2- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years of inspection experience, OR high school diploma with minimum 10 years of inspection experience.
3- At least 3 years’ experience in supervision of vendor inspection activities within oil & gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects.
4-Strong knowledge of vendor inspection, quality control processes, and procurement quality requirements.
5- Preferred: Experience in approval processes and handling Aramco standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review purchase orders and technical documents to ensure compliance with Aramco quality standards.
- Coordinate vendor inspections, including in-process and final inspections.
- Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and vendor documentation.
- Monitor inspection status and vendor performance.
- Review inspection reports and ensure timely submission of project deliverables.
- Support quality reporting and documentation throughout procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with project quality procedures and standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Identify risks, non-conformities, and support corrective actions.
