Electrical Supervisor – Responsibilities
Supervise electrical installation works according to approved drawings and specifications.
Manage electricians, technicians, and subcontractors on site.
Plan and monitor daily work activities to meet project schedules.
Ensure all electrical work complies with project quality standards and safety regulations.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other trades to avoid work conflicts.
Inspect electrical installations, cable trays, conduits, wiring, panels, lighting, power, and low-current systems.
Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.
Ensure compliance with consultant and client requirements.
Supervise testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
Verify completed work before inspections with consultants.
Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures on site.
Train and guide electricians to maintain productivity and quality.
Ensure work is completed within budget and project deadlines.
