Education: degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administratio
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven supervisory experience within a construction warehouse or industrial supply environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Conduct regular physical inventory counts (PI counts) and reconcile them with ERP data to prevent stockouts and shrinkage.
Material Management: Oversee the safe receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, and consumables to various project sites.
Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff and storekeepers to maintain optimal workflow and warehouse safety standards
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with procurement teams and suppliers to verify delivery notes, inspect goods for damage, and process purchase orders.
Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (e.g., proper stacking, hazardous material handling) and maintain clean, organized storage facilities.
