ACCOUNTANT & ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
* F&B or restaurant industry experience is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Experience with accounting software (Odoo ERP is an advantage).
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Record daily financial transactions, sales, purchases, and payments.
* Perform bank, cash, and payment gateway reconciliations.
* Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
* Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
* Support inventory and cost control activities.
* Handle administrative duties, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
* Coordinate with suppliers, government entities, and service providers when required.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and Bahrain regulations.
