Key Responsibilities
Create and manage bookings through shipping line platforms.
Submit shipping instructions and required shipment details.
Review BL drafts and request corrections when needed.
Follow up final BL issuance, seaway bill, and release status.
Track containers and shipment milestones through carrier portals.
Check vessel schedules, ETD, ETA, transshipment updates, and rollovers.
Handle container amendments, BL amendments, manifest amendments, and shipment updates.
Follow up free time, demurrage/detention, local charges, and payment status.
Download and organize carrier documents, invoices, arrival notices, and release confirmations.
Update internal records with accurate container, seal, BL, POD, ETD, ETA, and tracking details.
Requirements
Experience using shipping line platforms and carrier portals.
Familiar with booking, SI, BL, tracking, amendments, and release procedures.
Good attention to detail.
Good Excel and reporting skills.
English required; Arabic is a plus.
Ability to follow up with multiple shipping lines at the same time.
