We're Hiring: Professional Presentation Specialist – Projects

Are you passionate about transforming complex project data into compelling visual stories? We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Professional Presentation Specialist to join our team and deliver high-impact presentations and motion graphics that support executive decision-making and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design professional, high-quality presentations from scratch using Microsoft PowerPoint, including the creation and management of Master Slides.
- Transform project data, KPIs, Gantt charts, and timelines into clear, engaging infographics and visual dashboards.
- Produce short project videos, including:
- Project Updates
- Explainer Videos
using Adobe After Effects.
- Develop and maintain a standardized library of presentation templates to ensure a consistent corporate visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers (PMs) to understand project requirements and deliver polished presentations under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in corporate presentation design, project communications, or motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex information into visually compelling presentations. Your portfolio is more important than academic qualifications.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts such as KPIs, Milestones, Scope, and project reporting is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
