We are seeking a Production Engineer responsible for overseeing the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of pressure and temperature measuring instruments. The role includes managing production equipment, maintaining product designs and engineering drawings, driving continuous process improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the production and assembly of pressure gauges, temperature gauges, thermometers, and related instrumentation products.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for manufacturing equipment.
• Create, review, update, and maintain engineering drawings, technical specifications, and product designs.
• Responsible for implementing product improvements and design changes in coordination with the design and engineering teams.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and technical documentation.
• Supervise calibration, testing, and inspection activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Work closely with the Quality Department to investigate non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of production machines used for manufacturing Diaphragm seal, Thermowells, Thermometers, RTDs, Thermocouples, Calibration Systems.
• Support the Procurement Department by defining technical specifications for raw materials, components, and spare parts.
• Supervise production technicians and operators, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Prepare production and technical reports, including machine performance and production efficiency.
• Monitor inventory of critical spare parts, production tools, and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Participate in new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, , Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering filed.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly of industrial instrumentation or precision measuring devices.
• Experience with pressure gauges, thermometers, temperature sensors, or related products is highly preferred.
