We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned market.
-Promote and sell the company's products and engineering solutions.
-Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
-Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
-Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
-Negotiate contracts and follow up on sales opportunities until successful closure.
-Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business development.
Qualifications & Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
-Minimum 3–5 years of sales engineering experience, preferably in the construction, industrial, MEP, or infrastructure sector.
-Strong technical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
-Experience in preparing quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-Valid Saudi Arabian driving license is preferred.
-Immediate availability will be an advantage.
