We are seeking a dedicated Salad Maker / Kitchen Assistant to join our large-scale catering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh salads, washing and cutting vegetables, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Key Responsibilities
Prepare salads and cold dishes as per recipes.
Wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables and fruits.
Assist chefs with basic food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Requirements
Previous experience in a catering company, hotel, or restaurant kitchen preferred.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
