We are looking for a hardworking Butchery Assistant to support our large-scale catering operations. The ideal candidate will assist in cutting, trimming, deboning, cleaning, and preparing meat products while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in cutting, trimming, deboning, and portioning meat.
Clean, prepare, and store meat products as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the butchery area, tools, and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Support the Head Butcher with daily production requirements.
Requirements
Previous experience in a butchery
Basic knowledge of meat handling and cutting techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to handle meat products safely.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
