A leading industrial company in Riyadh is hiring a Branch Sales Supervisor to lead the branch's sales team and drive growth in the paper cups and carton packaging segment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and evaluate the daily performance of branch sales representatives and external exhibition staff.
Follow up on sales orders and customer deals to ensure successful and timely closure.
Join sales reps on field visits to close deals and open new markets.
Build and structure the branch sales team in coordination with the Sales Manager.
Recruit, coach, and motivate the sales force to achieve branch targets.
Provide market and competitor data to support pricing and product strategy.
Forecast product demand proactively to avoid stock shortages affecting sales.
Oversee transport and distribution coordination for branch shipments, medical accounts, exhibitions, and other branches.
Maintain daily coordination with warehouse staff and monitor inventory of fast-moving products.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
4–7 years of managerial sales experience in paper cups and carton packaging products.
Proven team management and leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
Excellent planning, reporting, and team coordination skills.
Indian or Pakistani nationality.
