### Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive leadership for the entire project from construction through successful handover.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Contracts, Planning, Design, HSE, QA/QC, Procurement, Logistics, and Project Controls.
* Ensure delivery of project objectives relating to safety, quality, programme, budget, and client satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the Client, PMC, consultants, subcontractors, and senior executive management.
* Drive commercial performance, risk management, claims avoidance, and strategic decision-making.
### Essential Requirements
✔ 20+ years of experience delivering major international construction projects.
✔ Proven experience as **Project Director** or equivalent executive leadership role.
✔ Strong track record delivering **stadiums, arenas, mixed-use developments, aviation projects, high-rise buildings, mega commercial developments, or large-scale infrastructure projects**.
✔ Previous experience on globally recognized mega developments such as **Avenues**, stadiums, entertainment districts, giga-projects, or similarly complex landmark projects is highly preferred.
✔ Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts, project governance, stakeholder management, commercial strategy, and large multidisciplinary teams.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's degree preferred.
