I. Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in estimation, project coordination, or the advertising/signage industry.
• Ability to estimate project costs and prepare competitive quotations.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and BOQ preparation.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, production, purchasing, and installation teams.
II. Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and quotations based on client requirements, specifications, and drawings.
• Review RFQs, technical specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate pricing.
• Prepare BOQs and material requirements for approved projects.
• Receive approved job orders from the sales team and initiate project execution activities.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, production, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules and follow up on project progress from approval through completion.
• Track project costs and ensure execution within the approved budget.
• Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, updates, and deliverables when required.
• Identify project risks, delays, or issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure projects are completed according to client requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
• Support the Project Management Division by managing approved projects from handover by the Sales Department through execution and final completion.
