Wet Utilities: 8-10+ years managing deep stormwater/sewer gravity networks and potable water mainlines.
Specialized Systems: Direct experience with underpass flood-prevention pumping stations and tunnel ventilation/lighting clearances.
Dry Utilities & ITS: Proven management of MV/LV power relocations, telecom trenching, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (gantries, DMS, LCS, RWIS) in active corridors.
Digital Coordination (BIM): Capable of reviewing federated 3D models (LOD 300-400) to validate spatial clearances and route utilities around massive structural hard points (bridge piers, PT tendon zones).
Document Control: Must be highly disciplined in operating within strict Common Data Environments (e.g., Civils.ai), utilizing pre-structured system categories rather than relying on ad-hoc custom folders.
